Where do you ship from? Do you ship to me?

We ship all orders from the state of Guang Zhou China. Please note we do not have any store locations, and cannot facilitate pick-ups or customer support in person at this time.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
It can take up to 1–3 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.
How to keep It Clean?
Most jewelers will clean your ring free of charge, so take advantage of this courtesy. If you don't have time to get to the jewelry store, there are a few ways to clean your ring at home.
Yvon Li suggère d’utiliser un détergent à vaisselle doux, un dentifrice ou un nettoyant pour le visage pour nettoyer l’accumulation de lotion par le bas du support. Il suffit de frotter le haut et le bas avec une brosse à dents souple et de rincer plusieurs fois à l’eau. Rincez ensuite à l’eau tiède plusieurs fois pour être sûr d’éliminer toute la solution. Vous pouvez placer l’anneau sur une serviette douce pour le faire sécher ou le sécher en tapotant doucement.
